Odoo Internship for Galala University
At Archer Solutions, we are dedicated to fostering the next generation of tech professionals through education and hands-on learning experiences. Recently, we proudly celebrated the graduation of four exceptional Business Information Systems (BIS) students from Galala University, who completed a 2-month internship program with us. This collaboration reflects our ongoing commitment to bridging the gap between academia and industry, providing students with the practical skills they need to excel in the field of business technology.
Comprehensive Training in Odoo ERP
Throughout the program, the students were mentored by our certified Odoo consultants, gaining real-world experience with core Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Website, E-Commerce, and Odoo Studio. As part of their internship, the students completed two significant projects:
- Purchase Requisition System: A tool allowing employees to submit purchase requests, which are then reviewed and approved by department managers and purchase officers.
- Apparel E-Commerce Platform: A comprehensive online store platform, covering everything from product catalogs to billing and delivery.
By working on these projects, the students gained invaluable exposure to ERP systems and saw first-hand how Odoo can optimize business operations. This hands-on experience helped them develop both their technical and problem-solving skills, preparing them for the professional world.
Celebrating a Milestone
The graduation ceremony was attended by key figures, including:
- Eng. Tamer Badr, CEO and Tech Manager of Archer Solutions
- Dr. Nagwa Samak, Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Science at Galala University
- Dr. Rashed Refaat (PhD.), Business Information Systems Program Director
During the ceremony, certificates were distributed to both the four students and our three instructors, who played an integral role in mentoring and guiding the students. This ceremony marked the culmination of two months of hard work and learning, and we couldn’t be prouder of the students’ progress.
