The system moves key operational information from Excel into a shared environment for the company's multi-project work, while preserving the distinction between construction delivery and ongoing maintenance. A project can be followed through its commercial and materials activity, while maintenance work retains its own service context. This gives operational and finance teams a common basis for reviewing work across multiple projects without presenting construction and facility service as the same process. The distinction matters when a completed project becomes an ongoing service responsibility. Both phases remain visible in the same operational record.
The August 2025–January 2026 delivery connected construction and maintenance work with material and financial records across projects.
