Archer Corporation is a Suez-based engineering and contracting business whose services include construction, project management and facility management. Its public portfolio spans commercial, industrial, residential, and port and logistics environments, including published work for DP World. The company therefore works across two connected phases: delivering projects and maintaining facilities after delivery. Archer Solutions' ERP engagement covered one company and multiple projects; the scope focused on construction, maintenance and the commercial and financial processes that support them.
Archer Solutions implemented Odoo for Archer Corporation across construction, maintenance, sales, purchasing, inventory, projects and accounting. Project and service work can be recorded alongside the materials and financial records that support it. The system moves key operational information from Excel into a shared environment for the company's multi-project work, while preserving the distinction between construction delivery and ongoing maintenance. A project can be followed through its commercial and materials activity, while maintenance work retains its own service context. This gives operational and finance teams a common basis for reviewing work across multiple projects without presenting construction and facility service as the same process. The distinction matters when a completed project becomes an ongoing service responsibility. Both phases remain visible in the same operational record.
The August 2025–January 2026 engagement organized construction and maintenance workflows in one Odoo environment. It joined the operating records for projects and service work with the sales, materials, purchasing and accounting functions needed to support them.
