Forty years of customer and payment history now supports governed real estate, developer-side projects, procurement and finance.
El Nasr Housing & Development is an Egyptian public-sector real estate and urban development company affiliated with the Holding Company for Construction and Development under the Ministry of Public Business Sector. With more than fifty years of activity, the company has played a major role in housing, land development, infrastructure, utilities, roads, and the development of Mokattam. Its official portfolio also spans projects and land activity across 6th of October, New Cairo, Alexandria, and Greater Cairo. The company’s scale and public-sector responsibilities created demanding requirements for governance, traceability, reporting, and operational control. El Nasr needed to move beyond disconnected local software, spreadsheets, and paper processes; manage high-value real estate and project activity more consistently; and establish an operating foundation capable of supporting stronger governance and readiness for potential future stock-market participation.
Archer implemented a governed, on-premise Odoo environment for El Nasr, replacing local software, spreadsheets and paper records across real estate, finance and developer-side operations. Sales, contracts, customer accounts and After Sales connect with projects and contracting, purchasing, inventory, assets, cost information and accounting. The same platform supports legal affairs, documents, HR and investor services, with call-centre, attendance-device, WhatsApp and Investors Portal integrations. Some legacy payment-plan records could not be exported reliably, so Archer used direct database access and data-cleaning techniques to reconstruct and validate approximately 40 years of customer, property, payment and financial history. That history remains available for account reviews and customer statements. The core system went live in June 2022; controlled on-premise releases extended it over the following two years.
Archer Solutions delivered the core transformation through a one-year implementation beginning in July 2021 and reaching go-live in June 2022. The program combined company-wide process analysis, on-premise architecture, extensive workflow development, historical-data recovery, cross-department validation, training, and controlled deployment. After go-live, Archer continued supporting El Nasr and expanding the platform with additional modules for two years.
