About the Client

Ebny Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer with residential, commercial, hospitality, medical, and mixed-use developments across Cairo and Upper Egypt. Its teams operate from multiple locations while working on shared units, customers, construction progress, contractor commitments, collections, project costs, financial records, and employee processes. Earlier ERP implementation attempts had not delivered the required operational control. Archer Solutions therefore designed the Odoo 18 implementation around governance and trust: one controlled environment for real estate operations, construction tracking, contractor contracts, accounting, HR, costing, collections, and management reporting, supported by careful migration and department-based adoption.

Archer Solutions implemented Odoo 18 as one controlled environment for Ebny Developments’ real estate, construction, contractor, finance, HR, and reporting operations. The platform gave multi-location sales, support, and accounting teams a shared view of units, customers, contracts, collections, construction status, project costs, and financial records. Archer connected contractor contracts and construction progress with costing and accounting so management reporting could reflect the same operational data used by departments. Because earlier ERP attempts had weakened confidence, delivery emphasized governance, careful migration of historical accounting and live project data, department-level validation, phased go-live, and post-launch stabilization for 80 users. Sales and project teams could then review the same contracts and cost position without reconciling separate status reports.
