Its operating model combines real estate development with internal construction capabilities, creating close dependencies between inventory, sales, contracts, payment plans, project activity, finance, HR, and management reporting. Growth into larger projects and a multi-company structure required clear responsibilities across legal entities with different shareholders. After the upgrade to Odoo 18, NPV and Contracts Management extended the operating scope further. ERP Solution Delivered

Archer implemented Jadeer’s real estate and accounting foundation on Odoo 15, then added Purchase and Inventory before upgrading the established environment to Odoo 18. NPV and Contracts Management followed the upgrade as further scope extensions. The multi-company operating model keeps legal-entity responsibilities and shareholder reporting distinct while connecting the group’s commercial and financial work. Its broader scope includes construction, HR, employee self-service and reporting. This was a sequence of implementation, expansion and platform modernization, not a single launch of every capability. Preserving the established records and controls through the upgrade allowed later additions to build on an operating foundation already in use.

Implementation Approach

Jadeer’s engagement evolved through distinct delivery stages: the original real estate and accounting implementation, purchasing and inventory on Odoo 15, the upgrade to Odoo 18, and later NPV and Contracts Management. Analysis, data preparation, user acceptance, training and go-live support accompanied the relevant implementation and transition work.

01 Analysed legal entities, shareholder reporting, department responsibilities and real estate workflows to establish the original operating model.
02 Implemented the real estate modules, including Accounting, on Odoo 15 and prepared the approved starting records for operational use.
