New Jersey Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer operating from New Cairo. Its portfolio spans residential, commercial, administrative, hospitality, and resort developments, with projects presented across New Cairo, the New Administrative Capital, Ain Sokhna, the North Coast, and other Egyptian destinations. The company’s operating environment connects projects, buildings, units, customers, contracts, installment schedules, collections, brokers, After Sales, Handover, Customer Experience, banking, and accounting across multiple group companies. These relationships must remain consistent throughout long real estate sales and payment cycles. NJD had previously implemented Odoo 14 through another provider, but the environment was not operational when Archer Solutions began the recovery. The available evidence consisted of incomplete source code and the last database dump, requiring Archer to reconstruct how the original workflows and data relationships were intended to operate before they could be converted into Odoo 18.
Archer Solutions recovered New Jersey Developments’ non-operational Odoo 14 environment and converted its business data into Odoo 18 on Odoo.sh for 25 users across four companies and six projects. Working from incomplete code and the final database dump, the team reverse-engineered the workflow logic connecting customers, units, contracts, installments, payments, cheques, accounting, brokers, After Sales, Handover, and Customer Experience. The validated migration preserved 1,710 units, 39,015 installments, 49,606 payments, and the related sales and accounting history. Independent controls closed with 282 passes, no warnings or blockers, confirming balanced accounting and intact required installment chains before Production go-live in September 2026.
Archer Solutions delivered the recovery from February to September 2026. The work began with forensic analysis of the inherited Odoo 14 code and database, followed by semantic mapping of the workflows and relationships required by the unchanged Odoo 18 target. The team converted the complete approved real estate, sales, payment, and accounting history; applied tightly controlled data treatments; and verified the result through independent validation rather than relying on record counts alone. The accepted package moved through Local closure and successful Odoo.sh Staging import before the recovered system entered Production in September 2026.
